General Terms of Sale
1 - General
Any purchase of one or more training sessions or gift cards implies that you hereby accept the present conditions and terms. Therefore, no contrary, extra or modifying clause will be imposed upon PhytoLuxury, except in the case PhytoLuxury explicitly accepted it.
These terms of sale apply to training sessions given by PhytoLuxury.
The online enrolment or booking constitutes a contract between you and PhytoLuxuryl.
2- Enrolment procedure
All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be offered. You can reschedule your booking by giving 24 hours notice. Please note that you can reschedule only 3 times a booking in a period of 3 months.
3 - Deferment and cancellation by PhytoLuxury
PhytoLuxury reserves the right to cancel or amend the content and / or dates and hours of a session, according to the number of attendees, the contingency related to product supply and / or in accordance with precautionary principle.
4 - Liability
PhytoLuxury shall not be held responsible if any physical damage affected a trainee during a class or workshop practical exercises. Moreover, PhytoLuxury will not be held responsible for any damage or loss of personal belongings brought by trainees.
5 - Complaints Policy and Procedure
If you wish to complain, you have 7 business days after the last day of your class/service/program.
6 - Litigation settlement
These terms are subjected to United Kingdom law. Any litigation relating to their interpretation or implementation shall be submitted to British Civil Court.
