How can I create an account?


You can create your PhytoLuxury customer account by clicking on the "Login" section located in the menu at the top of the website. Then enter your email address and create a password. What are the advantages of creating an account?


Creating an account enables you to be identified quickly when you make online purchases. It also allows you to: - consult your order history - track the delivery of your orders - update your contact information - receive news and updates from the company. For your security, PhytoLuxury does not save your credit card information and will not under any circumstances share your personal data with any third parties.




Can I make changes or cancel my account?


You can modify the information on your account by clicking on "My account" once you are logged in. If you want to delete your account, please click here to get in touch.





Order

How can I place an online order?


To place an order, add a product to your basket by clicking “Add to Cart” on the selected product page. Please also select the size and quantity you want to order, if required. Once you have selected your items, complete your order by clicking on “View Cart” and then “Paypal Checkout”. You can then modify or validate your basket before making your payment. Within a few minutes, you will receive an email confirming your order. All transactions done on PhytoLuxury.com are made via Paypal. Therefore the company doesn’t have access to your credit card or banking information.





Delivery

How can I track the delivery for my order?


Once you have placed an order, you can follow the progress by logging in to your account then clicking on "my orders". Then click on the tracking number to track your order.
